other spectrum of care so seniors can stay independent and in their own homes. we are According to Karen, Comfort Keepers is a non-medical franchise but franchisees can certainly assist people in getting them to their doctor’s appointments, making sure that they’re making their doctor’s appointments, observing and being proactive in getting them the care that they need so we’re kind of like another set of eyes and ears in the seniors’ homes. While Comfort Keepers franchise caregivers don’t give [prescribe] seniors their medications but we do medication reminders or if a senior has a physical therapy kind of things, then Comfort Keepers’ caregiver remind the senior to do those and helps him/her work through exercises.
